Position Summary:

This position will fill a critical role in production scheduling for the North Creek Manufacturing site. The candidate will help to ensure alignment of internal manufacturing supply outputs with Global Supply Operations demand and forecasts. Key responsibilities include converting product level demand for the site into a feasible unit operations manufacturing schedule. Coordinating with Global Supply Operations when demand requirements may not align with production schedule. Coordinating with Manufacturing, MSAT and QA to ensure readiness for production start. Working with Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Planning function to develop production scenario plans for review. The role includes management and communication of issues, risks, and schedule change requests to ensure successful and on-time delivery. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the biotech industry with experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain-based production scheduling.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage site master production schedule based on demand inputs, facility, equipment, material, and resource availability
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to create and plan finite schedule for unit operations and lower-level sub-assemblies aligned with site master schedule
  • Manage production schedule review meetings, create, and distribute meeting minutes and drive accountability for action items
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to update production schedule and escalate if necessary, when schedule adherence is not being met and when issues or roadblocks occur
  • Maintain Oracle master and transactional data for execution of manufacturing schedule
  • Provide metrics and updates on production schedule status including budget and schedule adherence, risk assessment and issue escalation
  • Support North Creek Leadership Team in understanding production schedule status, issue escalation and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Participate in the Product Supply continuous improvement program. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to production scheduling and internal manufacturing capacity improvement and resource planning
  • Perform other support activities as needed to support the overall efficiency of the Product Supply organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree and 5+ years in relevant field
  • Demonstrated ability and skillset to successfully create and update manufacturing schedules
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across departments and multiple levels of management and customers
  • Be highly organized with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage details across multiple programs and products being manufactured
  • Experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) software or similar ERP software
  • Design of dashboards, metrics, and other applicable communication tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with operations improvement projects
  • c2+ years previous experience in biologics GMP manufacturing
  • Smartsheet Core Product certification

The hiring pay range for this position is $89,000 - $115,500 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to the role. Other components of total compensation include a competitive equity grant at the time of hire (with additional annual grants, and grants upon promotion when applicable), and an annual bonus.
